Figure Your Sh*t Out (FYSO) was created for mission-driven founders to create a safe space to test their big ideas, build and grow their businesses, and figure their sh*t out, together.

Over the last 5 years we’ve run a program called the FYSO Accelerator where we’ve worked with Founders to:

As we look to the next five years, we’re continuing to explore where we should be focusing to make the greatest positive impact as we work to create more, great jobs - both through driving sustainable growth for mission-driven organizations and creating programs and resources to help the next generation of founders thrive.
This is why we launched the Founders Summit in 2022 because we saw a need for a more inclusive, unpretentious event. We received fantastic feedback, so we’re bringing it back again this year!

We’re also excited to share we’ve spent the last year working to combine the most valuable content and resources we’ve developed for the FYSO Accelerator into a course that founders will be able to take at their own pace.

What about the FYSO Accelerator?
As for the FYSO Accelerator, we recognize that we need to shift to a model that’s more sustainable for us as an organization.
Up until now, we’ve made the program pay-what-you-can. Some years this has at least got the program to breakeven. But in 2022, we ended up in the red.
Given this, in the Fall of 2023 we’re going to test out evolving the program to be tied to a one-day strategic planning workshop and the ticket to the workshop will include access to the FYSO course.
We’ll then be gauging whether workshop participants are open to investing in additional strategic support moving forward.
